Bergamot is an oil painting which was born out of meditating with bergamot essential oil in the burner. One of the things I am working on in my own healing is replacing fear and worry with a sense of safety, ease and trust. I often put bergamot oil on the bottoms of my feet at night to release the day, and cut through worry with something very light and uplifting. Perhaps this painting could be that for you.
